Hello, today I would like to give you a tour inside of your senses to awake your creative soul, if you want to join with me, please close your eyes and seat relax and straight. To begin this journey, I would like you to focus on your breathing, slowly breath in with your nose and slowly breath out with your mouth.

Now imagine you are setting in a rose garden, please pay attention into the smell around you, what that smell feels like?

Now please pay attention into the ocean waves, the sound of the waves, How those sound feels like?

Now please pay attention into the Rainbow which color in Rainbow you like most, how that color feels like?

Now please try to recall the taste of honey, how much sweet is the honey? how that taste feels like?

Now imagine you are standing on a beach, your feet are touching the sand how that touch feels like.

You successfully completed the journey in your creative soul, I hope you enjoyed it, now I will count up to three and as soon as I will start counting I would like you to slowly breath in and breathe out. After I count to three you may open your eyes.
